Financial

As an employee of Oxlip Learning Partnership (the Trust), you are automatically enroled into membership of either the Teachers' Pension Scheme or, for support staff, the Local Government Pension Scheme.  As well as to employees' paying contributions to the scheme (banded, based on earnings level), the Trust also pays into the scheme on your behalf (regardless of earnings):

Teachers' Pension Scheme
The Trust contributes an additional 23.68% of your salary.

Support Staff Pension Scheme
LGPS - the Trust contributes a minimum of 23.8% of your salary.

Pay
We provide pay progression for most grades and apply national pay awards for both teaching and support staff. 

Holiday and Family Friendly Working

Holiday Entitlement (Support Staff)
Holiday entitlement is based on Grade and length of service (pro rata for part-time employees).

Less than 5 years service
Grades 1-8:  25 days holiday entitlement per year plus bank holidays

More than 5 years service
Grades 1-4:  28 days holiday entitlement per year plus bank holidays

Grades 5-8:  29 days holiday entitlement per year plus bank holidays

Maternity/Paternity and Adoption Scheme
We offer a generous maternity/paternity and adoption scheme to all our staff.  

Staff Development

The Trust and each school are committed to your development.  We have regular trust-wide training sessions as well as opportunities for professional development through CPD and apprenticeship programmes.

When you start in your role, you will be supported by a tailored induction process. Staff are supported by regular performance management meetings and appraisals.

Welfare

Employee Assistance Programme
The Trust’s staff have access to our Trust Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).  It is an invaluable resource for every individual working in our Trust. 

The EAP will provide staff with many contacts, resources, guidance and services to assist in a range of subjects and areas towards your wellbeing.  These include some of the following:
